AGM

We will be holding our AGM at 1pm on Saturday 23rd May. 

The club requests that all members wherever possible can be in attendance to ensure that their vote and views are counted. After the AGM will follow a BBQ and the screening of the Champions Cup Final at 2.45pm.

Should you wish to stand for a place as a committee member or as an elected official, we would ask you to either complete the following form - https://forms.gle/ZqFdZwAbFZogpice8

Please include details of the position you wish to be considered for, the name of 2 members who will nominate and second you, as well as a short description of why you think you should be elected and what you can contribute to the club.

The club requests that nominations are submitted by Wednesday 20th May at the latest. Should a ballot be required for any positions, this will be done live on the day.

 The captains for all Senior Sides will also be proposed and voted for Club captains will also be elected at the AGM
