We are running non-contact mixed ability rugby sessions throughout the summer! Mixed ability rugby is a modified version of the game open to all.

So whether you are looking to stay fit, try something new or just get out the house and socialise, why not join us for our first session this Monday at Norton Down.

Open to all aged 14+
